Westat provides data, information, and knowledge to help focus Federal agency programs on their mission oriented functions. Our concentration in Federal programs allows us to extend our consulting services from developing strategic goals and plans to supporting measurement and business process improvement.

Strategic and Operational Planning

Westat works with executives and managers to perform the following:

  • Identify and describe customers;
  • Determine customer satisfaction, needs, and requirements;
